Pleasanton Offering Yard Trimmings Drop-Off
On Saturday, Pleasanton residents can drop off leaves at the Pleasanton Transfer Station.

PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. is offering a free drop-off of yard clippings on Saturday, Nov. 16 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Pleasanton Transfer Station on 3110 Busch Road.
Only yard clippings are allowed: no dirt, bricks, cement, rocks, or household garbage. Tree trimmings must be three inches or smaller in diameter. The service is limited to Pleasanton residents, who will need to bring a form of government ID.
During the fall and winter, residents are asked to place leaves in green waste containers or use them for composting. For extra green carts, residents can contact Pleasanton Garbage Service at 925-846-2042. Residents are also asked to avoid sweeping leaves into gutters or streets, which can clog storm drains and lead to flooding.
