Summer flew by, and it's just two days until school starts again in Pleasanton.
PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton students have just one more full day of summer before school begins on Thursday.
Here are some of the important 2024-25 school year dates to get on the calendar:
- Start date: Thursday, Aug. 8
- Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 2
- Miscellaneous days off: Oct. 11, Nov. 1, Nov. 22, Feb. 14, March 14, April 21
- Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 5
- Veteran’s Day: Monday, Nov. 11
- Thanksgiving break: Monday, Nov. 25-Friday, Nov. 29
- High School Finals: Wednesday, Dec. 18-Friday, Dec. 20
- Winter break: Monday, Dec. 24-Monday, Jan. 6
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 2
- Presidents Day: Monday, Feb. 17
- Spring break: Monday, April 7-Friday, April 11
- Memorial Day: May 26
- High School Finals: Wednesday, May 28 - Friday, May 30
- Last day of school: Friday, May 30
