Are you dealing with chronic back pain that just won’t go away, no matter what you try?

Maybe you’ve tried resting and taking it easy.

Maybe you’ve tried stretching or exercising.

Or maybe you’ve even tried massage, chiropractic care, or acupuncture.

Yet, despite your best efforts, the relief is only temporary, and the pain returns after a day or two.

Now, if this sounds familiar, and you're searching for ways to find long-term relief from chronic back pain, without relying on pills or surgery, let me explain why this happens.

Why Does This Happen?

The truth is, most people make the mistake of treating only the symptoms of their back pain instead of addressing the real underlying root cause.

While it makes sense to try these types of treatments at first, if the pain keeps coming back, it’s a sign the source might be coming from somewhere else.

Let me share a story of one of our clients to show you what I mean.

Mrs. B had just turned 64, and she has always been health-conscious and active.

Even though she dealt with aches and pains over the years, since she is someone who has a “high pain tolerance” she was used to simply “pushing through” the pain.

But over the past few months, her back pain started to get way worse. The pain became almost unbearable…

Sharp pains that felt like a “knife stabbing her in the back”

Severe back spams that would take her breath away

And just this constant, persistent tightness that made it hard for her to even to simple things, like:

  • Standing up straight in the morning
  • Walking just a few blocks
  • Or just doing basic house chores

Now, as someone who isn’t one to sit around, she tried everything to get better: stretches, exercises, chiropractic care, massage, and she even tried a pain-killing injection.

But each time, the relief was short-lived, and the pain returned.

She began to think to herself, “Maybe this is just part of getting older. Maybe I’ll have to live with this pain forever.”

Then, We Discovered Something Surprising.

When we started working with Mrs. B, we found that her lower back, despite how much it was hurting, wasn’t the real issue.

Despite the pain she was feeling, her back was overworked because it was compensating for an old knee injury.

Years ago, Mrs. B had badly twisted her knee…

And although the knee pain faded, the muscles around her knee became weak and tight.

This threw off her body’s balance, forcing her lower back to work overtime to compensate.

Now THIS is why her back felt tight, tired, and achy all the time! The problem wasn’t her back—it was the imbalance in her legs.

Once We Treated the Root Cause, Everything Changed.

Through a simple series of targeted exercises to strengthen and stretch her leg muscles, Mrs. B started feeling significant relief within just a few weeks. Her results were remarkable:

  • She could stand tall without pain
  • Walk several blocks without tightness
  • And she was even able to get back to exercise class, 100% pain-free

All of this, despite thinking she might have to live with back pain for the rest of her life.

What Does This Mean for You?

If you’ve been struggling with back pain and feel stuck in a cycle of temporary relief, it doesn’t necessarily mean you need to "accept" your condition or blame it on aging. The real issue might be an untreated root cause, just like in Mrs. B’s case.

To help you uncover the root causes of your back pain and find lasting relief, we’ve put together a FREE video series called “How to Heal Back Pain by Fixing the Root Causes.”

In this video series, we reveal the five most common, underlying causes of chronic back pain that most people don’t know about.
