Veterans Day Parade, Concert, & Goodguys Show Coming To Pleasanton This Weekend

PLEASANTON, CA — Pleasanton will honor Veterans Day and the Marine Corps with the 28th Annual Tri-Valley Veterans Day Parade and Band Concert downtown.

This year's parade will take place Sunday at 1 p.m. at 301 Main Street. Several participants will march and pay tribute to the United States Marine Corps. Following the parade, the Pleasanton Community Concert Band will perform a patriotic concert in front of Veterans Memorial Hall.

Streets in and around downtown will be closed to traffic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

On Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Goodguys Rod and Custom Association will host its 34th Fuel Carve Autumn Get-Together at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. Guests will enjoy a classic car show with dragsters, vintage campers, and a Veterans Day ceremony featuring a color guard presentation and car parade. Active and retired military members will receive free admission with ID.
