Lipscomb Shooting Death Investigation Sent to D.A.’s Office

The investigation into the shooting death of is slowly moving forward, as the Medical Examiner’s Office has unsealed the autopsy report and the case has been sent to the District Attorney’s Office.

Lipscomb, 17, was with two other teens at a house on Midland Road on Nov. 4, 2011, when he was shot in the head, possibly under the influence of laced marijuana. He died two weeks later.
