Aircraft Crashes, Catches Fire In Ramona

The fire has been extinguised and the aircraft's occupants are accounted for.

RAMONA, CA — An aircraft crashed in Ramona Saturday morning and caught on fire, according to CalFire in San Diego.

The crash is in the area west of Ramona Airport.

The fire has been knocked down and did not extend into the vegetation, CalFire reports. The occupants of the plane are accounted for and are not injured.
