Carpool Lanes Open Again on I-15
Rush hour commuters can go back to using them between Ted Williams Parkway and state Route 163.
Commuters who use Interstate 15 between Ted Williams Parkway and state Route 163 can once again use an 8-mile stretch of I-15 carpool lanes. The lanes were closed for the past nine days.
Caltrans closed the lanes so a new access road could be added. Commuters can now exit the lanes just south of Miramar Road.
