Crime Log: Big 5 Petty Theft, Missing Persons and Arrests

The following incidents from Feb. 12-18 were listed at the Sheriff's Department Ramona substation.

Feb. 12: A stolen vehicle was reported on Main Street. A 19-year-old male was arrested on probable cause of taking a vehicle without the owners consent.

Feb. 12: Fraud was reported at the 1000 block of D Street. A 40-year-old male reported a stolen social security number.

Feb. 12: Petty theft was reported at the 1300 block of Main Street. Big 5 Sporting Goods reported stolen shoes ($80) and more than $200 worth of stolen miscellaneous items.

Feb. 12: Burglary was reported at the 1400 block of Hanson Lane. $100 worth of stolen miscellaneous food items were reported stolen (and recovered) from Ramona High School.

Feb. 12: Multiple arrests were made at the 700 block of F Street.

-A 41-year-old male was arrested for probable cause of using a controlled substance and a felony bench warrant

-A 51-year-old female was arrested on probable cause of willful cruelty to a child without injury or death, using a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

-A 44-year-old male was arrested on probable cause of possessing a contolled substance, using a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

-A 43-year-old male was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

-A 48-year-old female was arrested on probable cause of possessing a controlled substance, using a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

-A 27-year-old male was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

Feb. 12: Missing person at risk was reported at 1400 block of Montecito Road. Tahnee Mostad, 27, was reported missing.

Feb. 13: Vandalism was reported at 17400 block of Archie Moore Road. A gray vehicle had a reported $400 worth of damage done to it.

Feb. 13: Burglary of a vehicle was reported at the 16100 block of state Route 67. A purse and cash were stolen from a car.

Feb. 13: Burglary of a vehicle was reported at the 1900 block of Main Street. Miscellaneous cash, household goods, clothing and other items worth more than $1,600 were reported stolen.

Feb. 13: An arrest was made at the 700 block of Main Street. A 36-year-old male was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

Feb. 14: An arrest was made at the 800 block of Main Street. A 23-year-old male was arrested on probable cause of using a controlled substance.

Feb. 14: Grand theft was reported at the 14900 block of Shoen Lane. Money and rings worth more than $1,500 were reported stolen from a building.

Feb. 14: Spousal abuse was reported at the 1200 block of F Street.

Feb. 15: Petty theft was reported at 15700 block of Davis Cup Lane. A license place and stolen automotive parts worth about $1,200 were reported stolen.

Feb. 15: Petty theft was reported at the 16200 block of Quail Rock Road. $15 in cash was reported stolen from a vehicle.

Feb. 15: Assault with a deadly weapon was reported at 400 block of 6th Street. A 53-year-old make was arrested on probable cause of assault with a deadly weapon (club, blackjack, brass knuckles).

Feb. 16: Property was found at 1400 block of Montecito Road. Two air guns and a miscellaneous item were found.

Feb. 17: An arrest was made at the 400 block of 16th Street. A 21-year-old male was arrested on probable cause of possessing controlled substances, using a controlled substance and possessing unlawful paraphernalia.

Feb. 18: Missing person was reported at the 1500 block of Montecito Road. Sylvia Carson, 23, was reported missing.
