Host Families Needed for French Students

Up to 17 students due to arrive in the Ramona area June 30 still need homes to stay in over the summer.

Parlez-vous Français? It could be fun to learn French by hosting a student from France over the summer.

Compass USA, a Colorado based organization, is hoping to find homes for 17 more French students who are due to arrive in the Ramona area on June 30. The organization has brought foreign students to Ramona on other occasions. The group was founded in 1999.

Students are ages 15 to 19. They bring their own spending money to pay for outings. They also are covered by insurance. They are expected to fit in with the family and honor all the rules of the home, for example, any curfew. Families are reimbursed if they wish to pick up and drop off students at the airport.
