Ramonans: Share Your Engagement Story This Valentine's Day
Patch asks Ramonans to share their engagement stories on the most romantic day of the year.

For some, Valentine's Day comes with a scoff and attitude—it's "Singles Awareness Day" or a money-making holiday for the greeting card companies. But for others, Feb. 14 marks the most romantic day of the year.
City News Service reports more than 100 couples are scheduled to tie the knot today in Valentine's Day civil ceremonies at the San Diego County Clerk's office.
The clerk's office at the County Administration Center and its satellite locations in El Cajon, Chula Vista and San Marcos have 114 time slots for appointments combined, and already 112 have been filled. There are also 147 appointments booked to receive wedding licenses, City News Service reports.

Stories are popping up all over the Internet about adorable Valentine's engagements and you may even receive a call or text today from a friend who's left finger is a bit heavier after today.
With so many feeling the love this Feb. 14, I feel compelled to ask Ramonans about their engagement stories.
