Blue and Gold Gala to Raise Funds for SMCHS

SMCHS Blue and Gold – An Evening Under the Stars

Attire: Smart Casual Attire

Date: Oct. 18, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Place: Santa Margarita Catholic High School in the school’s Moiso Family Pavilion and under the stars

Silent Auction: Live and silent auctions include getaways to Maui, Las Vegas, Monarch Beach, in the Strader Grotto, valet parking available

Other Highlights: During the silent auction, guests will have the opportunity to win a trip to Palm Desert and San Francisco, sports tickets and memorabilia, variety of fine and designer jewelry and handbags, a fishing excursion, wine pairing dinners at Orange County’s finest restaurants including Selanne’s Steak Tavern and Wineworks for Everyone, a vintage wine collection, ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunities such as access to an exclusive car museum and much more. Other Highlights: During the silent auction, guests will have the opportunity to win a trip to Palm Desert by putting a golf ball in the “Eagle Golf Challenge” game, win a trip to Las Vegas with show tickets by spinning the “Wheel of Blessings,” win a premium bottle of wine in the “Wine Pull,” and a nonuniform pass for their student in the “Hidden Treasures” boxes.

Proceeds: Proceeds from the evening will benefit the school’s arts, academics and athletic programs while enhancing educational opportunities for all students.

Fund-a-Student: Donors in attendance will have the opportunity to give the gift of a Santa Margarita Catholic High School education by donating to Fund-A-Student. One of every five students depends on tuition assistance to attend Santa Margarita. Through this tuition assistance fund, the school can continue to provide support to families who might not otherwise have the means to attend SMCHS.

Entertainment: Guests can dance the night away with DJ entertainment provided by Invisible Touch, Student performers will provide evening entertainment as guests arrive and a post-dinner grotto lounge will offer a relaxing environment for conversation under the stars.
