Man Without Pants Exposes Himself, Tries to Solicit Sex

A man in sore need of a knee to the groin made an appearance on a Rancho Santa Margarita road on Sunday.

The incident took place on Melinda Road near the Foothill Transportation Corridor, according to the Orange County Sheriff.

The informant reported that the man—who wasn't wearing pants—approached her, exposed his genitals and propositioned her for sex.

She declined.

The subject left the scene headed toward Santa Margarita Parkway. He appeared to be in his 30s, about 6 feet tall and drove a silver Hyundai Elantra.
