Nissan Dealership Property Sells for $4 Million

The empty property, in line with Ford and Honda dealerships, commands price of $50 per square foot.

The property address is 29901 Santa Margarita Parkway, but residents know it simply as the Nissan dealership.

That may change. According to a report by CoStar.com, the property has been sold for $4 million, to Theory R Properties LLC.

According to the report, the property is 80,000 square feet, and averaged $50 per square foot.

The property was owned by Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.
