RSM Christian School Wins $25K To Build Digital Media Lab
The school was awarded the State Farm Neighborhood Assist grant thanks to a strong showing of community support.
RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Rancho Santa Margarita Christian School won $25,000 through the State Farm Neighborhood Assist grant this year, school officials announced this month.
According to school officials, the money will be used to fund a robust digital media lab. The $25,000 check was awarded on Nov. 4 during a presentation ceremony at the school.
"With students exposed to social media at an increasingly younger age, the digital media lab will help build awareness of the potential dangers in the digital world, as well as providing support and training to help students be safe and successful when engaging online," a school news release said.
