Summer Concerts Continue With Disco, New Wave

With a name like The Superfreaks, they have to be groovy, right? Bonus points for any fans wearing Angel Flight suits during the Sunday performance.

Calling all funky white boys, Sunday is your day in Rancho Santa Margarita. The Summer Concert Series in Central Park continues with a tribute to the hits of the 1970s and '80s—and that's got to include a disco tune or two, doesn't it?

The Superfreaks will be the featured band in the fourth of five concerts this summer presented by the city of RSM, SAMLARC, and realtors Flo Bullock and John Russell. The band focuses on disco and new wave—and dresses the part as it reprises an era of decadence.
