APPLEBEE'S: Festive $5 cocktails, Sleigh Bell Sips, are on menu through Jan. 2. "Tipsy Reindeer" blends vodka, cranberry juice, cherry & lemonade. BLACK ANGUS STEAKHOUSE: Filet mignon or prime rib, both with lobster tail & sides, are offered for dine-in or takeout on New Year's Eve, Dec. 31.
