Attic Fire Breaks Out In Redondo Beach Apartment Complex
Fire and police officials were on scene of the fire, which broke out in the attic of an apartment complex in Redondo Beach.
REDONDO BEACH, CA — A fire broke out in the attic of a five-story apartment building in the 1700 block of Esplanade in Redondo Beach Monday afternoon.
Redondo Beach fire and police officials were on scene about 3 p.m. battling the blaze, the City of Redondo Beach said. Several fire engines from the Los Angeles County Fire Department assisted the Redondo Beach Fire Department, according to LACoFD.
The Esplanade near the fire was closed and drivers were told to use alternate routes.
