Are These Your Bikes? Local PD Wants to Find the Owners

El Segundo police arrested two burglary suspects who had in their possession these unique beach cruisers and a mountain bike.


El Segundo police today released photos of three “distinctive bicycles” recovered during the arrest of a burglary suspect in hopes of locating the owners.

Detectives believe the bikes were stolen during burglaries of several El Segundo carports. Sgt. Hugo Perez said that one of two suspects taken into custody today was in possession of all three bicycles when arrested.

One of the bicycles was a black beach cruiser, a Huffy, with whitewall tires and a basket on the handlebars; another was a Schwinn black mountain bike; and the third was a burgundy-colored tricycle, also a Schwinn.

The two suspects in custody were identified as Eric Eduardo Narajo, 23, and Jimmie Deshaun Sells, 36, both of Compton, Perez said.
