BeachLife Festival 2022: The Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer & More
The BeachLife Festival 2022 lineup features performances from The Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, Steve Miller Band, Sheryl Crow, 311 and more.

REDONDO BEACH, CA — BeachLife Festival returns to Redondo Beach this weekend with performances from The Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, 311, the Steve Miller Band, Sheryl Crow and many other major artists.
The festival starts Friday and features music, art and culinary experiences all inspired by Southern California's beach culture at the waterfront in Redondo Beach May 13 to 15. The beach-focused lineup brings more than 55 artists from rock, indie, jam and reggae.
You can also stop by and experience the event's upscale culinary experience. The DAOU SideStage Experience provides foodies the opportunity to be seated onstage (literally) and served a four-course meal by celebrity chefs while their favorite musicians perform, with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop.

DAOU SideStage Experience
Handpicked chefs who represent Southern California culture will curate a truly multi-sensory festival experience. The BeachLife Festival 2022 chefs will are Ray Hayashi of RYLA in Hermosa Beach (Friday), Kevin Meehan of Kali in Los Angeles, and BeachLife’s own Executive Chef Jacob Ramos (Sunday). Chef Ramos will be involved with execution of the other chef's menus, as well as his own culinary “set lists.” This year will also feature a brunch on Saturday and Sunday prepared by Chef Ramos.
“We believe food and LIVE Music create visceral memories for people,” BeachLife Festival’s Christine Staggs said. “The DAOU SideStage Experience is all about creating these lasting, unforgettable memories. When you pair incredible chefs with amazing artists and fantastic wine, it just doesn’t get any better!”

Marino Monferrato, Vice President of Hospitality Operations at DAOU Family Estates and the beloved Maitre d’ from Hell’s Kitchen since Season 13, will be bringing the DAOU wines to life on the DAOU SideStage Experience.

The DAOU SideStage Experience features a $90-$250 per person prix fixe menu, excluding tax, tip and alcohol. Diners will have access to a premium full bar and specially curated wine list from DAOU Family Estates, based in the Adelaida District of Paso Robles, only available on the SideStage.
DAOU SideStage will accept reservations for all three days of the festival. Reservations will last 60-90 minutes, coinciding with the artist sets on the HighTide Main Stage. Reservations are extremely limited and will only be available for BeachLife ticket purchasers, with priority given by festival ticket levels, starting with the Admiral’s Pass, and followed in order by Captain’s Pass, VIP Passes, GA+ and GA, and further prioritized by date purchased. Reservations can be made through a dedicated concierge after purchasing festival tickets. Reservations are non-refundable and there are no cancellations. Dining reservations do NOT include entrance to the festival.
In addition to the 5-star DAOU SideStage Experience, BeachLife will offer various food and beverage options including a massive craft beer bar with local LA breweries, and multiple bars, lounges, food vendors, and food trucks across the venue, accessible to all festivalgoers.

The live stream launches May 13 at 1 p.m. with BeachLife’s Jim Lindberg — Pennywise frontman, solo performer and author — performing on the festival’s Royal Caribbean LowTide Stage. The BeachLife Festival Live Stream will feature full performances from artists appearing on the Subaru Pacific HighTide Stage and Royal Caribbean LowTide Stage, as well as exclusive behind-the-scenes content all weekend long.

The music festival brings an eclectic mix of beach-focused music with more than 55 top artists from a variety of genres, including rock, indie, jam, reggae and more.
The in-person event also offers the Daou SideStage Experience, which gives you a seat on the stage and a four-course meal from celebrity chefs while musicians perform. A limited number of tickets for BeachLife Festival and reservations for the Daou SideStage Experience are still available on the website.
