The Adams Middle School PTSA is hosting a community-wide Wellness Fair on Saturday. The event, which is free and open to the public, will feature a bike safety course from the Redondo Beach Police Department; eye exam and muscle imbalance scans from the Foundation for Wellness Professionals; health screenings from South Bay Family Health Care; dance demonstrations by Dance 1; aerial demonstrations by fly studios; chari massages, digital nerve scans and posture analysis by Syn Chiropractic; and free recipes and nutrition information from Kitchen Kid, Tanaka Farms and KK's Infused.
