REDONDO BEACH, CA — A favorite South Bay burger pop-up is heading to a permanent location at the Redondo Beach Pier, the company announced this month.

Award-winning brewery Project Barley reached out to Proudly Serving and asked the company to partner at the location at 136 International Boardwalk, Redondo Beach.

“We’ve done a lot of cool stuff on the street - don’t get me wrong - but there’s so much more we can do because we’re limited,” Project Barley announced on Instagram this week.

Proudly Serving will bring its juicy smash burger, thick-cut duck fries and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies this Friday and Sunday. The opening is expected to happen sometime in February. An exact date is still to be determined.

“You won’t see us on the street anymore,” Project Barley said. “We have a home so I’m hoping you guys will come out and join us, because like I said we’ll be doing some rad stuff.”
