Freebirds Arriving Soon at Marketplace
Freebirds World Burritos brings its brand of Cali-Mex food to the South Bay.
The South Bay Marketplace will greet another new tenant this month with the grand opening of Freebirds World Burritos on Oct. 12.
According to a recent story in the Daily Breeze, Freebirds, which was first founded in Isla Vista, CA, near the University of California, Santa Barbara has about 50 locations in Texas.
The menu will boast standard Cali-Mex fare like nachos, salsa, burrito bowls and quesadillas.

The restaurant will be joined later this year by Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks, which is in the process of building its restaurant near in the same center.
Other businesses that recently celebrated their grand openings in the South Bay Marketplace include and Verizon Wireless.

Across town, the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce also welcomed Goodlife Chiropractic and State Farm Agent Lori Richard.
Freebirds World Burritos is located in the South Bay Marketplace at 1509 Hawthorne Boulevard in North Redondo Beach.
