Gas Prices Hold Steady

in Los Angeles County held steady over the weekend, a change in pace from the recent streaks of increases and decreases, City News Service reported Tuesday.

The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County is $3.818—one-tenth of a cent more than it was last week and 69.2 cents more than it was last year at this time, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. The price is still 4 cents lower than it was last month at this time.
