Man Fatally Shot In Torrance; Suspect Or Suspects Sought
Torrance police asked the public for information after a man was shot dead Sunday night.
REDONDO BEACH, CA — A man was fatally shot in Torrance, and his killer remained at large Monday.
Officers went to the 3700 block of Artesia Boulevard about 11 p.m. Sunday on a report of shots fired, according to the Torrance Police Department.
Paramedics pronounced the 52-year-old man dead at the scene. His name was withheld, pending notification of his relatives.

"Detectives are currently conducting a follow-up investigation, and are working to identify the suspect(s) involved," police said in a statement. "There is no ongoing threat to the public, and this is believed to be an isolated incident."
Anyone with information about the homicide investigation was urged to call police at 310- 328-3456.
