The South Bay of Los Angeles is awash in craft breweries and venues that serve a wide selection of craft beer. Each week, we feature tap lists, beer events and other craft beer happenings in the South Bay for all you beer lovers.

Here is a look at what is happening the week of June 27 - July 4 on the South Bay craft beer scene:

Ballast Point Independence Party | Wednesday, July 3 | 5-10 p.m.

Smog City will add a host of new beers to their lineup at their Torrance tap room this weekend. New beers on tap beginning on Thursday will include:

• Coffee Nothing (Coffee Imperial Chocolate Stout)

• Reddy, Set...Brett
• L.A. Saison
  

This week's taproom hours for tasting and growler fills are:
