Pat Aust, Candidate for Redondo Beach Mayor
Pat Aust is one of four candidates aiming to replace Mayor Mike Gin as mayor of Redondo Beach.
Councilman Pat Aust, a lifelong resident of Redondo Beach, is running against three other candidates for mayor of Redondo Beach. He is a retired Redondo Beach fire chief who currently represents Redondo Beach District 3 on the city council.
He told the Beach Reporter that he opposes Measure A because of "(30) pages of confusing contradictory zoning regulations are not a fair way to explain the true intent of this initiative."
Aust declined to fill out a questionnaire from Redondo Beach Patch.
