Patch Recognizes Great Graduates II

We're still honoring local graduates. See our latest honorees and learn how to post your own graduation announcement.

It's graduation season, and Redondo Beach Patch is recognizing great graduates from local schools. Here are this week's graduation announcements:

, who graduated from Redondo Union High School, served on the school's link crew and was a member of the Drug and Alcohol Task Force. He'll attend Santa Monica College in the fall.

graduated from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School; however, they grew up in Redondo Beach and attended Alta Vista Elementary School.

graduated from . She'll be attending Adams Middle School in the fall.

, who graduated Friday from Redondo Union High School, will attend the University of California Irvine in the fall. He plans to major in applied physics, as well as earn a minor in earth and atmospheric sciences.

Want to recognize a special graduate in your life? Post a free graduation announcement on Redondo Beach Patch! It's easy!

Make sure you're a registered user of Patch. If you aren't, click on "Sign Up" in the top right corner of the homepage. Enter your information, or opt to connect with Facebook.

Once you're logged in, scroll to the bottom of the homepage, and under "Contribute" on the right side, click "Announce something to everyone."  In the announcement template, fill out the fields, and make sure you choose "graduation" as the category. When you're finished, you can add photos and even a video of your graduate.

Once the information is filled in, scroll to the bottom and select "Post my announcement." The announcement will appear on the homepage in the activity stream in the right-hand column, in our announcements section and in the daily email newsletter. Make sure you sign up for the newsletter if you haven't yet—just click the button underneath Redondo Beach Patch near the top of the homepage.

At the end of the week, we'll do a roundup of graduation announcements like this one and post it on the front page.
