Police: Burglars Stole Car Seats
Owners of the Cadillac Escalades and Chevrolet Tahoes will probably pay at least $6,000 to replace the stolen parts.

Drivers who own Cadillac Escalades and Chevrolet Tahoes should keep a close eye on their SUVs; officers are investigating a string of eight vehicle burglaries in South Redondo that occurred Tuesday night or Wednesday morning, according to a news release from the .
The burglars removed the center consoles—which contain the SUVs' GPS systems and radios—and third-row seats from many of the vehicles, police spokesman Sgt. Phil Keenan wrote in the news release. Owners will probably pay at least $6,000 to replace the consoles and seats.
Keenan told the Daily Breeze that the third-row seats are valuable because the manufacturer only produces a single set per vehicle.

The victims' SUVs were parked in secured parking garages and on the street, according to the news release.
