Redondo Beach Ranks 3rd in Mayor's Challenge

The Wyland Foundation's Mayor's Challenge pits cities against each other to see which one can inspire the most residents to pledge to conserve water and reduce waste.

Redondo Beach ranks third among the cities competing in regional Mayor’s Challenge for Water Conservation.

Hermosa Beach ranks first.

The annual competition, founded by local artist Robert Wyland, asks residents to commit to save water throughout the month of April in honor of Earth Day.
