Sea Hawks Off to State Championships
Redondo Union High School's boys varsity basketball team heads to Sacramento.
The Redondo Union High School boys varsity basketball team is off to Sacramento to play in next Saturday's 4 p.m. state Division II final.
The Sea Hawks (27-8) defeated Riverside North, 60-48, in the CIF Southern California Division II championship game on Saturday, according to the Los Angeles Times' Varsity Insider blog.
Senior Guard Derek Biale scored 15 points; senior Chris Henderson scored 12 points; and junior Ian Fox scored 10 points, according to the Times.

"We definitely are a team," Coach Reggie Morris Jr. told Cal-Hi Sports in the YouTube video above. "We're playing with heart, determination."
The Sea Hawks are currently on a 20-game winning streak.

"I'm speechless about what we've been able to accomplish so far," Morris said.
