LOS ANGELES, CA -- All southbound lanes of the 405 Freeway between Artesia and Crenshaw boulevards in Torrance are closed Sunday morning following a crash.
The incident was reported around 6 a.m. Sunday.
Traffic is backed up to Redondo Beach and motorists are encouraged to avoid the area.
