Vote-by-Mail Ballots Still Available
People can still order mail-in ballots for July 12 runoff between Republican Craig Huey, Democrat Janice Hahn.

Voters can still request vote-by-mail ballots through July 5 for the July 12 special election for former-Rep. Jane Harman's vacated 36th Congressional District seat, City News Service reported Tuesday.
All mail-in ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on July 12.
People can request ballots online at lavote.net. Voters can also request a ballot by sending a letter to the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder-County Clerk at P.O. Box 30450, Los Angeles 90030 or applying in person to the county clerk's office at 12400 Imperial Hwy. in Norwalk.

Los Angeles City Councilwoman Janice Hahn, a Democrat, and businessman Craig Huey, a Republican, were the top two vote-getters in the May 17 primary, defeating California Secretary of State Debra Bowen, Marcy Winograd and Redondo Beach Mayor Mike Gin.
