What Would You Ask New School Board Members?

Come April, three new members of the Redondo Beach Board of Education will take their seats at the dais.

Brad Waller, Brad Serkin and Michael R. Christensen were the only three candidates to file nomination papers to replace termed-out board members Jane Diehl, Drew Gamet and Todd Loewenstein, so they were automatically "elected."

All three new board members have been active in school-related causes like the Redondo Beach Educational Foundation and PTA.

A proposed new funding formula from the state is just one of the issues they will face.
