4 Suspects Accused In 7 Redwood City Crimes

According to police, four young people arrested over the weekend were responsible for a series of recent crimes in downtown Redwood City.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — Investigators in Redwood City have made four arrests after a series of violent crimes in the downtown area in recent weeks.

In a news release Tuesday, the police department said officers arrested three teens and one young adult over the weekend who were linked to at least seven crimes, including robberies and assaults. Police said one robbery occurred just a few hours before one of the arrests.

The three juvenile suspects were booked into the San Mateo County Youth Services Facility, and the young adult was booked into the San Mateo County Jail on suspicion of multiple crimes.
