Child Porn Found During Medical Call In Redwood City: Police
Medics responding to an emergency call reported worrying images seen on the man's computer screen, police said.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — A man was arrested this week after medics responding to a medical emergency saw explicit images of a juvenile on a man's computer, according to Redwood City police.
In a news release Thursday, police said the Redwood City Fire Department responded to a medical issue inside a Kentfield Avenue apartment around 7 p.m. Tuesday. Medics did not get an answer at the door and were able to access the apartment with help from the property manager. Once inside, medics located a 75-year-old man suffering from a serious medical issue in his bedroom.
Police said the first responders noticed what looked like child pornography on the man's computer screen and quickly notified the police department. According to investigators, officers learned the man had a history of sex crimes involving children and was on the sex offender's registry.
