REDWOOD CITY, CA — A traffic collision shut down the 1700 block of East Bayshore Road in Redwood City on Tuesday, knocking out power and forcing drivers to use alternate routes. Power was restored and traffic was moving again around 4:30 p.m., according to the Redwood City Police Department.
