Free Concert Series In San Mateo County Lineup Released

Catch a new musician or musical group every Friday this summer for free.

REDWOOD CITY, CA — The free “Music on the Square” series is back this summer in downtown Redwood City with an all new lineup to dance along with or lounge by the fountains every Friday.

For 19 years, Redwood City has provided this free concert series that will run from May 9 to August 29 at the Courthouse Square, providing musical acts from a multitude of different genres such as rock, reggae, funk, Latin, soul and more.

The summer kicks off with a Santana Tribute band known as Carnaval and ends with the pop and soul music from Pride and Joy.
