Officers quickly responded and set up a perimeter around the home. Officers made announcements for the man to exit the residence but after multiple tries, there was no indication the man was going to respond, Pritchard said.

A team of officers then made their way to the front door and could see the man sitting on a couch. They made several more announcements but the man still did not respond.
