Coroner: Elderly Motorcyclist Died From Trauma Of Crash

SANTA ROSA - The Sonoma County coroner's office hasΒ determined a motorcyclist involved in a fatal solo crash Wednesday afternoon died as a result of blunt force trauma.

The incident occurred around 12:50 p.m. on eastbound state Highway 12 just west of Farmers Lane, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Witnesses said the motorcycle gradually drifted to the south shoulder of the road and hit a guardrail, the CHP said.

Yaswen was pronounced dead at 1:02 p.m., according to the coroner's office.
