A traffic stop led police to a large fentanyl seizure enough for 50,000 lethal doses: Santa Rosa Police Department.
ROHNERT PARK, CA β Police making a routine traffic stop found enough fentanyl for 50,000 lethal doses in the car of a Santa Rosa man pulled over for a routine stop, according to police.
A patrol officer stopped the driver in the 2500 block of Cleveland Avenue.
Police said the officer asked to search the car because the driver, who had reached toward the back of the front passenger seat, appeared "visibly nervous."
