The "Growing in Faith" community garden at Cross and Crown, which sprouted last year, is coming along beautifully. We look forward to serving about 24 families with weekly boxes of fresh, organic produce this summer.
Would you like to help? We have a volunteer opportunity on Saturday, Feb. 25.The event is from 2-4 p.m., while the elementary age youth group is in the church having snacks and movie day. All are welcome to join in; so parents can drop their kids with the youth group and come out to help with irrigation, tool maintenance, tree trimming and such.
