Fire At Rohnert Park Mobile Home Displaces Residents, Cat Missing
Public safety officials said a 10-month-old black cat was seen running from the home as the fire began and the cat hasn't been seen since.

ROHNERT PARK, CA β Three people and a cat were displaced Sunday afternoon after a fire burned their mobile home in Rohnert Park, public safety officials said. Several people called dispatchers at about 1 p.m. and reported a possible fire in a mobile home in the 100 block of Rancho Verde Circle. They said smoke was coming from under the home and from the top of the windows.
Public safety officials said the first crews to arrive found thick black smoke inside the home. Crews extinguished the fire about 20 minutes after it was reported, public safety officials said.
The American Red Cross is helping the home's three occupants with temporary needs.

Anyone who finds the cat is asked to call the Rohnert Park Animal Shelter so the animal can be reunited with its owners.
