Police have identified a woman whose body was found inside of a vacant Concord home Tuesday as 21-year-old Concord resident Shelby Barnes. Two suspects, Donald Paul Waldecker, 23, of Concord and Randi Len Dees, 20, of Richmond, were arrested Thursday on suspicion of homicide in connection with her death, according to an article in the Contra Costa Times.

Barnes recently lived in Rohnert Park, and attended Sonoma State University, university officials confirmed this morning.

"She was a student from 2008 to 2009," said Susan Kashack, Sonoma State's associate vice president of marketing and communications.
