Here's how to apply to attend the next session of Graton's free, on-property Blackjack Dealer School.

ROHNERT PARK, CA β€” Graton Resort & Casino is accepting applications from people interested in a new career as a casino dealer.

To attend the free, on-property Graton Blackjack Dealer School, applicants must be 21 or older and able to work weekends and holidays. The next session is May 2-27 and classes are held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Applicants must possess the ability to count, add and subtract; must have manual dexterity sufficient to handle playing cards and chips; and must have good communication skills and be friendly with guests.

Attending the Graton dealer school is not a guarantee of future employment. Students must be able to pass live auditions for all games learned. Additionally, pre-employment drug screening and background checks are required.

Part-time positions are available, with a minimum of two shifts per week guaranteed.
