Santa Rosa Police arrested a man suspected of breaking into a PG&E building near Stony Point Road.
Santa Rosa Police arrested a man suspected of breaking into a PG&E building near Stony Point Road.
Police said the man entered through a window and began throwing objects as police arrived Wednesday outside. Inside they said they found flooded carpets, holes in walls, a broken window, and personal items that had been smashed. Damages estimates total $10,000 to $20,000, according to a statement from the Santa Rosa Police Department.
Police identified the man inside as Michael Owen, 45, of Santa Rosa.

They arrested Owen, who they said was on probation for a misdemeanor.
He was charged with burglary, felony vandalism, and for violating probation and booked into the Sonoma County Jail.
