Parole Denied For Sonoma Co. Man Who Sexually Assaulted Girl, 8

Pascual Jorge Pilotzi was convicted of aggravated sexual assault of an 8-year-old girl in 2007.

SANTA ROSA, CA β€” A man convicted of aggravated sexual assault of an 8-year-old girl in 2007 has been denied parole, Sonoma County District Attorney Jill Ravitch announced Thursday.

Pascual Jorge Pilotzi, 38, is currently serving a sentence of 15 years to life in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

In 2007, he lived in Santa Rosa and was acquainted with the victim when he sexually assaulted her.

On Wednesday, a hearing was held to determine if Pilotzi should be paroled, but Pilotzi was ultimately issued a five-year denial of parole.

He will be eligible for parole again in January 2025.
