Rohnert Parks Goldridge Recreation Center Mess still not fixed.
So all the City's Council, and the Conrtactor has blocked my mail messages showing the screwups! They continue to dump funds into it.
As I have been posting the quality of work on this project didn’t have any QA/QC. The Champ report shows how bad it was. But they didn’t catch the fact that all of the Gutters are leaking at the splices because the gasket materials are all missing on the bottom. You can see the ears by looking at the foundation where the dirt gets splashed up due to the leaks.Plus all the end plates on the gutters leak because there isn’t any gaskets in the ends of the gutters.The whole job was a disgrace to our company! And the City’s Projects Group for allowing it to go on. Plus the Mold is still under the new roof. It will come back to the surface soon.
So the contractor is back fixing some of their screwups. But not all the leaking gutters.
Plus the rest of the Abandoned Goldridge School is rotting away. It’s in violation of the City’s own Abandoned Building Codes.
