Sonoma County Closes Rohnert Park COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic
The clinic at the Rohnert Park Community Center has operated since late January 2021.

ROHNERT PARK, CA — Sonoma County's COVID-19 vaccination clinic in Rohnert Park closed permanently Thursday and will be replaced by a mobile clinic next week, county officials said Friday.
The clinic at the Rohnert Park Community Center has administered approximately 20,000 vaccine doses, according to the county. The clinic has been operated by OptumServe since opening in late January 2021.

The county's other vaccination clinic at the Roseland Community Center is expected to remain open through at least June.
The mobile clinic is expected to open at the community center May 4 and will also be operated by OptumServe. The clinic will provide vaccines May 4, 5 and 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the county.

The clinic will then operate during those same hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, starting May 10. People looking to get vaccinated at the clinic can walk in or make an appointment via the state's vaccine scheduling tool, https://myturn.ca.gov.
As of Friday, 82 percent of Sonoma County residents aged 5 and up have completed their initial vaccination series. Another 7 percent have received at least one vaccine dose.
