2 Preschools Tie in Latest Readers' Choice

After tallying the poll votes, the comments on Roseville Patch and reader reviews, two preschools tied for . 

Although Angels Nest Child Care & Preschool came ahead in votes, Merryhill Preschool came ahead in comments and reviews of the school. The result is a tie between the two.  

Even more importantly though, many of you shared reviews and experiences about the range of preschool programs in town, which hopefully will help parents make informed decisions about programs in the future. 

Many readers participated in our poll (to the 439 of you, thank you for your preschool suggestions!) and many also shared their experiences with local preschools.

had 47 percent of the votes and many favorable comments. One parent said, Angels Nest is the next best place to being at home for your child! Lots of one on one attention, care, and most importantly: LOVE!!!!" Another parent said her child is challenged daily. She also went on to share how caring the staff is. "Angels Nest is like an extended family..."

came in second in the votes, with 33 percent, but had numerous positive comments and reviews of the school. One parent said "The Merryhill curriculum is great and the kids have fun while they learn and play. The teachers and administrators are compassionate and friendly and always willing to talk to you about your concerns and they keep you posted on how your child's day went." Another parent said "It is this attention to detail and understanding of how new moms feel that immediately made me know I had made the best decision for my little one and for myself."
