It's date night or time to celebrate a promotion — where should you dine? Well, according to Roseville Patch readers, is the place for fine dining in Roseville.

In our inaugural , we asked readers where they head for a special-occasion dinner. Although came in second in the poll, the results also take into account the reviews, ratings and comments.

The Place is fairly new to Roseville — it opened in November 2011 — but has already gained quite a following. In a review, one diner wrote: "This a great new addition to Downtown Roseville. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in warm tones with a nice bar. Great food ..."
